This SLI Sesson was part of the Israel Film Festival for which I wrote a grant for and received $1,800. This movie was eye-opening to the issues surrounding the lgbtq communities in jerusalem and its surrounding areas. The love in the lgbtq community brings so many together regardless of race and religion; however, religion brings together those against the lgbtq community.

This year i helped plan the "5 under 5" panel. it was a very rewarding experience. i learned a lot about leadership from planning this event, in addition to the valuable knowledge from the panelists.
